Welcome back to my kitchen! Today, I'm thrilled to share with you a delicious and delightful recipe for Quick and Easy Cinnamon Rolls. Whether you're a seasoned baker or just starting out, this step-by-step guide will help you whip up a batch of warm, gooey cinnamon rolls in no time. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet treat any time of day, these cinnamon rolls are sure to become a family favorite.











Making the Dough
  1. Mixing the Dry Ingredients: Start by combining the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Heating the Wet Ingredients: In a small saucepan, heat the water, milk, and butter until the butter is melted and the mixture is warm but not hot.
  3. Combining and Kneading: Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, then add the egg and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  4. Letting the Dough Rise: Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 10 minutes.

Preparing the Filling

  1. Mixing the Filling: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well mixed.
  2. Rolling Out the Dough: Roll the dough out into a large rectangle on a floured surface.

Making the Glaze

  1. Mixing the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  2. Glazing the Rolls: Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls.
