Delicious pancake Recipe quick and easy Breakfast.
This recipe is quite easy. I have used it multiple times. It's not hard taste wise, some pancakes tend to be as a result of too much baking powder or baking soda. I actually prefer baking powder alone here because it's easier to control.
Recipe
1 cup butter-milk (or add 1/2 tsp. lemon into regular milk)
2 tbsp Melted butter
1 1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tbsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tbsp. Vanilla Flavoring
Direction
-Combine all the wet ingredients in one bowl; milk, lemon juice, melted butter, flavoring and egg
- Whisk the mixture till fully mixed.
-In a different bowl, combine all the dry ingredients; flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, mix well till fully combined.
-Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture. Mix well till no more noticeable lumps in the batter.
- Heat your griddle to 250 degree and start to scoop your batter on to the griddle . Flip over when it starts to bubble.
