Recipe:
Dry Ingredients
· 2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon
baking soda

1 teaspoon
baking powder

1/2 teaspoon
salt

1 1/2 teaspoon
cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

1/2 cup
white sugar
·
1/2- cup
brown sugar
Wet Ingredients
3 large extra ripe bananas
· 1 Stick butter (soft)
·
2 eggs
·
2 teaspoons
vanilla extract
· 1/2 cup buttermilk/ regular milk with 1 tsp lemon juice
·
Procedure
-Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees
-mix all the dry ingredients together thoroughly
- Now mix all the wet ingredients together toughly
- combine the two mixtures
-pour in a buttered/greased with a sprinkle of flour baking pan
-Bake for about1 hr 10mins
Tips
